Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Size exchanges (subject to availability)
How to return
- Email hello@fractaloutlook.com with your order number
- Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- We'll send a return shipping label
- Ship it back in original condition
Refunds
- Inspected within 2 business days of receipt
- Approved refunds processed in 5-7 business days
- Refunded to original payment method
- Shipping costs non-refundable unless our error
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to availability. Since each design is only available for 24 hours, we may not be able to reprint. In that case, we'll offer a full refund.
Non-returnable
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without original tags
- Returns after 30 days
